Sneak peek of latest session | Charlotte, NC Photographer

Just a quick sneak peek from my latest session. Look at these two. Are they not the cutest? Meet Alexis and Jacob. I love how Jacob is holding little sisters hand. How sweet is that! They were both so cute and good that I wanted to take them home with me but mom wouldn’t let me. I could tell she would miss them to much. Hehe. I traveled back to Charlotte, NC for this photo shoot and it was so worth it! I got some great shots but mom and dad are going to have to wait a little bit longer to see more.

Spread the Love Tour 2010!

Of course Charleston is my city of choice, but Charlotte would be just as good since that is where I just moved from and will be back lots!

Announcing the Spread the Love Tour 2010: Choose Our Adventure Contest!!! 

This winter, Justin & I (and Julia too!) will be hitting the road for a 20 city Spread the Love Tour (probably in a Road Rules inspired Winnebago!!:). But we need YOUR help in choosing which cities those will be!! You, quite literally, get to choose our adventure!! 

The voting is simple: just leave a note in the comment box with your city of choice to place your vote. 

But we didn’t want to stop there. 

We thought we’d up the ante. 

To help us really start getting the word out and….ahem…Spread the Love if you will, we came up with lil’ prized packed Twitter contest to entice you to help us Rock the Vote!! Here’s the deal: 

The voting will remain open for the next 10, count em 10 days. During that time, everyone who votes (one vote per person please!) will be entered into a drawing to win one of our UNBELIEVABLE prizes (no seriously, I still CAN’T believe we got hooked up with these prizes!!). But we wanted to give you MORE ways to enter!

Charlotte portrait sessions available | NC Photographer

I will be in Charlotte October 3rd and 4th and have a couple slots open for photo shoots. Leaves will be changing, weather will be cooling off, and it’s the perfect time for a family portrait! Or maybe mom and dad just want some updated images of their precious little ones, well here’s your chance! Session fees for that weekend are also being discounted 50%. Pay only $75 session fee. Hurry, space is limited! Session fee must be paid at the time of booking in order to reserve your spot. Prints are offered at an additional cost. One session must be booked per family. Family includes mom, dad, and children.

I have moved!!!

That’s right SKP fans….we have packed up our home and moved to Charleston, SC. This was not something that was in the making a long time. My wonderful husband got an awesome job promotion that required to relocate and let’s face it, who wouldn’t want to live in Charleston near the beach? I know we have always dreamed of living near the coast so when he got the offer, it was a no brainer for us. I spent 2 weeks packing up my home and we moved this past weekend into our awesome new place! So many more photo shoot spots here. Don’t worry my Charlotte fans, I will still be back in Charlotte here and there. My family still lives in Charlotte so I will be taking lots of mini trips on weekends there. If you would like to book a session, just shoot me an email or give me a ring and I will let you know when I will be there. Most likely, once a month or every other month! I will try and post on my blog when I will be heading there. Now to update my site and get it running the way I want. Enjoying some much needed time with my 3 year old daughter for the moment then off to unpack the endless pile of boxes! Have a great Labor Day weekend everyone!

I’m still here!

I have had so much going on lately that I have not found the time to sit down and blog to all my wonderful fans! As you all can see, I have been working on my website all year. lol. Between working a full time job and doing sessions on weekends, and finding time to spend with my family, I just have not found the time to finish up my site. I have made a huge life decision and decided not to work my full time job anymore. As of August 20, 2009 I will have all the time in the world! Yay! I cannot wait. I will finally have the time to do all the stuff with my kids that I have been wanting to do for a long time. Why wait until August 20th? Well, I am a store manager and I have to take some time to teach the new manager all the duties. I have been working for my wonderful boss on and off for 5 years now and I want to make sure I leave the store in good hands. I enjoyed all my time with this company but now it’s time to concentrate on my own business. So with that said, for the remainder of the year I will be taking very limited sessions. I want to pour my time into completing my website and helping my oldest start the first year of kindergarten on the right foot. So, if you want a session with me, I would book it ASAP.

 

What else is new? I’ll tell you what. With me not working my full time job anymore, I have taken on another job that will not take up as much of my time. I am the newest Stella & Dot Stylist!!!!
