Are you a mommy?
February 25, 2010Chances are if you are checking out my site you either are a mommy, or you know someone who is a mommy. Since I became a mommy in 2004, I have been a part of an amazing network of moms! A lot of you may already be part of the network and a lot of you may have never heard of it. Well I am here to talk about it today. I have made many friends through this amazing online community. I started out as a CharlotteMommies.com member and my my has the community grown! So much so that they had to branch off and open a few more in the area. I happen to live in Union County at that time and was more than happy to help out and make sure that UnionCountyMommies.com ran smoothly. Just a few days after they launched I became a moderator! I really did love it, life just got in the way eventually and I had to step down. I have however continued to be part of the network. When we moved to Charleston, SC back in September, I was so happy to see that CharlestonMommies.com already existed and I quickly joined. And let me tell you, it’s a great place to start to feel welcome in a new city! Any questions I had about the city were quickly answered by fellow mommies. I have even met a few of them and can say that they are wonderful moms! Playdates, fundraisers, moms nights in and out, advice, tips, business reviews, and good old fashioned mom talk are just a few of the things you will be able to experience as a member of TheMommiesNetwork! If you want to be a member of this amazing place, go an join today!
